Where did I go?

Well the good news is I didn’t fall off the wagon. I’m still pushing hard and seeing slow results. The problem is that I have been on a number of trips (and am about to go on another) that forced me to abandon my blogging while I traveled.

I’m working out, beginning to incorporate weights into my routines (doing a lot of research but I think I’ve settled on my list.)

This is taken from “Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle” by Tom Venuto. It has become an irreplaceable resource for me. I’ll be posting my weekly Gym workout plan as well as my hotel workout plan as I seem to be spending a fair amount of time in hotels.

The journey has been long with many traps and falls, but we're moving again and this time I'm training for a Spartan Race.
