Four Daily E’s

  1. Examine - I will weigh myself and check my body fat percentage.
  2. Exercise - I will exercise for at least 20 minutes every day.
  3. Eat - I will eat right, but when I stumble, I will get right back up and get back on track.
  4. Expound - I will post on 360 to Warrior. The posts will be updates every Monday, and other days will be motivation, thoughts, recipes, and whatever else falls on the page.

The journey has been long with many traps and falls, but we're moving again and this time I'm training for a Spartan Race.
