Four Daily E’s
- Examine - I will weigh myself and check my body fat percentage.
- Exercise - I will exercise for at least 20 minutes every day.
- Eat - I will eat right, but when I stumble, I will get right back up and get back on track.
- Expound - I will post on 360 to Warrior. The posts will be updates every Monday, and other days will be motivation, thoughts, recipes, and whatever else falls on the page.
