Last night I cooked up nearly four pounds of chicken to be the core of my diet for this week. I also bought a pound of sirloin steak, which I’m going to do for dinner later this week. I had some pork for dinner last night with a small piece left over.

I’m feeling really motivated, eager to lose weight and get my ass in shape.

The journey has been long with many traps and falls, but we're moving again and this time I'm training for a Spartan Race.
