I rowed for nearly 20 minutes this morning, nothing overly strenuous, just getting up a good sweat. My strategy for this is to row while watching an episode of Samurai Jack. I have the entire series on my laptop, and they run around 22 minutes.
I also have begun taking 3g of Fish Oil after my visit with the doctor yesterday.
This morning’s breakfast is eggs with spinach and sausage with strawberries on the side. I need to get egg whites to make a bigger morning omelet.
I think that exercising in the morning helps me eat right during the day, I have the memory of the workout in my mind and I feel like I’m actually working at losing weight.
Fuck yeah I feel great.
