I’m fighting some sort of con crud so I haven’t gone to the gym. But I want to. I want to work out. I’m going to go back to the Sean O’Malley series for interval training since it worked so well for me a few years ago when I was having my workout success.

P90X - It seems like the P90X system is in style right now. It hit a magic cord and has a strong following. I thought about going with it but I researched and realized I an no where near in shape enough to take it on.

I need to be able to do at least a few pull ups before I attempt that.

From 360 lbs becoming a Warrior.

The journey has been long with many traps and falls, but we're moving again and this time I'm training for a Spartan Race.
